Shipping charges vary depending on the purchased product, shipping address, and weight of the package.

After ordering, it will usually be shipped within 3 business days.

1. Please contact us for returns within 7 days after receiving the product. If the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accept returns.
2. When returning an item, please ensure that the item is unused. We cannot accept returns if the product is used, damaged, or dirty.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will bear the shipping costs.
4. When returning an item, please be sure to fill out the return request form and clearly state the reason for the return.
5. After receiving the returned item, we will check the condition of the item and if there are no problems, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made using the method you specified.
6. The refund amount will be only the product price. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.
7. If you return gift wrapping or special services, the cost will not be refunded.
8. Returned items will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid by credit card, refunds will generally be made to your credit card.
