Return

1. Please contact us for returns within 7 days of receiving the product. If the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accept returns.
2. When returning an item, please ensure that the item is unused. We cannot accept returns if the product is used, damaged, or dirty.
3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will bear the shipping costs.
4. When making a return, please be sure to fill out the return request form and clearly state the reason for the return.
5. After receiving the returned item, we will check the condition of the item and if there are no problems, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made using the method you specified.
6. The refund amount will be for the product price only. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.
7. If you are returning gift wrapping or special services, the cost will not be refunded.
